About This Location

Our newest location at The Rim puts Bakudan Ramen right in the middle of San Antonio’s premier shopping and entertainment destination. Located along La Cantera Parkway near the Palladium IMAX, it’s the perfect pre-movie dinner spot or a great reason to take a break from shopping.

The Rim location features the same bold, authentic flavors you know from our other locations — slow-simmered broths, hand-crafted toppings, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Plenty of parking available in The Rim’s open-air shopping center.

Every Bakudan location serves our full menu of slow-simmered ramen bowls including Garlic Tonkotsu, Spicy Miso, and Vegetarian Shoyu, plus appetizers, drinks, and daily Happy Hour specials from 3–6 PM.
